Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and BizNet. By creating an account or using BizNet you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who can use BizNet

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information, and do not pretend to be someone else.

How BizNet works

You can only connect with people you have met in person, and both people must confirm. Please only confirm connection requests from people you actually know. Meeting people always carries some risk, so use good judgment and take sensible precautions when meeting anyone in person.

Your content

You own what you post and send. You give BizNet a limited license to store, display, and deliver your content to the people you choose to share it with, solely to operate the service. You are responsible for your content and promise that you have the right to share it.

Rules of conduct

There is no tolerance on BizNet for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to:

• harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against anyone;
• post or send sexual, violent, hateful, illegal, or otherwise offensive content;
• post spam, scams, or misleading content, or impersonate others;
• share other people's private information without their permission;
• try to disrupt, hack, or misuse the service, or collect other people's information.

Reporting, blocking, and moderation

You can report posts and people, and block anyone, from inside the app. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms, normally within 24 hours of a report. To reach us directly, email appbiznet@gmail.com.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms. Some provisions of these Terms continue after your account ends.

Disclaimers

BizNet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizNet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make important changes we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use BizNet after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
